When he saw opportunity to acquire a property with high altitudes and natural beauty like woods, lakes, mountains, cool natural weather, he bought the property as the beginning of his return. Because he resided in England, he felt inspired to give the name of Fazenda Inglesa to the farm which translates into English Farm.
